About the position
As DevOps Engineer with Mover, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining the backbone of our Azure cloud-based infrastructure. Your expertise in cloud platforms and automation will help us accelerate our development pipeline and create highly scalable, reliable, and secure software services.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining a scalable and resilient cloud infrastructure to support our overall architecture with microservices and event-driven architecture
- Collaborating closely with the development team to create and optimize CI/CD pipelines, ensuring seamless deployment and integration of software services
- Continuously optimizing solutions for monitoring, logging, and alerting to track infrastructure performance and identify potential issues
- Providing technical expertise in the evaluation, selection, and deployment of cloud-native technologies, tools, and best practices
- Developing and maintaining infrastructure as code (IaC) templates, scripts, and automation tools to streamline infrastructure management
- Troubleshooting and resolving infrastructure-related issues, working closely with the development team to identify root causes and implement effective solutions
- Ensuring infrastructure security and compliance with industry standards and best practices
- Staying up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the cloud infrastructure domain and share insights with the team to drive continuous improvement

To be considered a highly attractive candidate for this role, you likely possess most of the following traits:
- At least 3+ years of experience working with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab, or CircleCI
- Solid understanding of networking, security, and monitoring concepts in a cloud environment
- Self-starting and hands-on problem-solving skills, being able to find your way in ambiguous settings and the roller coaster ride that a scale-up can be
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team
