About the position

In this unique, dual-role position, you’ll report directly to our CEO and be responsible for shaping both our product and engineering divisions. You will own the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from conception to deployment, while scaling our engineering infrastructure and team.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of software developers, designers, and product managers (approx. 30 people across 5 teams and growing).
• Drive the long-term strategy to align the product and technology roadmap with the company’s business goals.
• Own the product development process, ensuring efficient execution and timely releases.
• Instill best practices of modern software engineering.
• Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and data-driven decision-making.

To be considered a highly attractive candidate for this role, you likely possess most of the following traits:

• At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role in technology, preferably in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
• Strong technical background and proficiency in programming languages and frameworks including C#, .NET Core, TypeScript, Aurelia, etc. in a cloud-based infrastructure.
• Proven track record of taking products from conception to launch.
• Ability to inspire and motivate teams, from senior managers to junior developers.
• Strong business acumen with excellent communication skills.
